Commercial Real Estate
JCS Capital is focused on the acquisition of properties with a strong tenant base and which we can bring our expertise to continually offer these tenants new and improved work environments. Currently looking for properties which need to be repositioned, along with new NNN tenant locations we are eager to make changes for the better in communities that support the economic development these properties provide.
Lending
JCS Capital is currently looking to fund builders in need of SHORT TERM capital to finish projects in order to get their product to market. We value each property differently so there is no set equation to how we make our decisions, however we value working relationships and invest in people just as much as the property. As a part of this we are willing to look into acquiring the construction and allowing the current builder to walk away with out any further loss and or risk. Again our lending is based on a case by case basis and rates and availability vary. We are not a bank do not accept any collateral other than the subjected property.
